The Quik3 onboard axle weight monitoring system is the “Original System”. It is the system which is the most complete of the Cleral weight monitoring systems. It can be installed in all types of vehicles, regardless of their suspension system. Whether it’s an air-ride or spring-ride suspension, the margin of error will be +/- to 0.01. Quik3 is the solution for an onboard monitoring systems that gives you both the load and the axles’ weight. Its aluminum manufactured case gives it excellent endurance in industrial applications. The Quik3 weight monitoring system offers the ability to display four channels and the total.
The Quik3 weight monitoring system offers the ROCT Control option. This intelligent monitoring system balances the load of both tandem drive axles by monitoring the air pressure in the second drive axle while driving. The lifting and lowering of the axle is read by the system according to the load. Imagine the advantages you get: lengthens tires life, smooth riding and roll stability, and better breaking capabilities. Let the ROCT take control of the loads per drive axle.
The external indicator light indicates the progress of the loading without having access to the device. The light may be set for total weight or for channel. In both cases, it allows you to remotely manage the loading efficiently.
Maintain your precision on uneven or sloped ground with the CLERAL inclinometer option. It will allow you to correct the weight on all axles. The corrected data is obtained in real-time and even while driving.
Manage your data with LoadPad and SoftLoadLP. These advanced management tools will allow you to gather all Quik3 data and transfer it to your computer. You will also be able to print your data on site, at the loading or unloading point. The small printer is easily affixed inside the truck’s cab.
The communication through the RS232 port of the Quik3 allows you to transfer data to an onboard computer. You can closely monitor the loads of your fleet at all times.
The Quik3 UTS (interchanging of semi-trailer without recalibrating) allows the interchanging of semi-trailers to the tractor without having to calibrate each of the units again.
The target option controls a mode or an action on your vehicle, when a target load is reached. It can be by way of an alarm or the applying of the breaks to immobilize the vehicle.
